Spiral Mixers are mixers for kneading all for bread,
Indian bread like nan, paratha and roti, pizza, khari,
etc. The unique kneading action of the specially designed
spiral arm ensures excellent aeration, mixing and silky
texture of the dough. It shortens kneading time to 10
- 12 minutes and does not allow excessive increase in
dough temperature. The capacities of the machine are expressed
in terms of bread dough in the specification sheet. The
Indian bread dough is tighter than the normal bread dough.
The same spiral mixer will probably knead only half the
quantity of Indian bread dough as compared to the normal
bread dough. You can similarly you can knead dough for
khari.

CONSTRUCTION:
BODY - Heavy Duty mild steel
SPIRAL- Stainless steel. The special design of the mixing
spiral and of its speed ratio is coordinated with the
bowl
BOWL - Stainless steel mirror finished
DRIVE: 2 speed motor for both slow and high speeds.
Belt driven transmission for the spiral arm and chain
driven transmission for the bowl
SAFETY: Lifting bowl protective cover made in
stainless heavy - duty rods is provided with electrical
safety
CONTROL PANEL: The control panel is provided on
the right side of the mixer. The electrical switch - gear
is located inside the panel. The selector switch for manual
/ automatic cycle, push buttons for slow and high speeds
and timers are provided on the front top of the mixer
for ease of operation
LEVELLING BOLTS: Four leveling bolts are provided
FINISH: The spiral mixer is painted yellow synthetic
enamel
