FEATURES:
CONSTRUCTION
The oven has a robust construction. The baking space
and the front of the Oven is in stainless steel. Only
the turntable is in mild steel
DOOR
Single, double walled full stainless steel door
with a large viewing window. A specially designed
silicone gasket provides complete sealing of the door
INSULATION
Glass wool in all side and top and part of the bottom
HEATING
A diesel oil imported burner provides the heat source.
The air is heated by means of a large capacity stainless
steel heat exchanger. The hot air is distributed evenly
into the Oven by a blower fan, which provides uniform
baking at all levels of the rack. Adjustable slits
are provided at the delivery end of the hot air
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
A digital indicating controller maintains temperature
in the Oven. A safety thermostat is provided
RACK
The product to be baked is put in moulds / trays which
are placed in the rack which rotates at a low RPM
through, a system of a gear box and motor, located
at the top of the oven

STEAMING
Steaming during the baking process is provided by
spraying water onto a battery of steel rods located
in the air delivery duct of the Oven
TIMERS
Timers for the baking and steaming cycle are provided
INTERIOR LIGHT
Illumination in the oven is provided by means of lamps
placed at three levels at the right outside of the
baking space
HOOD
An extended hood with an exhaust fan is provided
PERFORMANCE
The oven can maintain temperatures up to 350 C
BAKING OUTPUT
The baking output is based on each level to accommodate
two 760 x 460 x 20 mm (18" x 30" x 0.75")
trays. A free distance of a minimum 40 - 50 mm between
the ready baked product and the tray above is needed
for even baking
FINISH
The stainless steel front of the oven is given a dull
buff finish. The frames are painted and panels are
powder coated. Optional full stainless steel construction
