Spiral Mixers are mixers for kneading all for bread, Indian bread like nan, paratha and roti, pizza, khari, etc. The unique kneading action of the specially designed spiral arm ensures excellent aeration, mixing and silky texture of the dough. It shortens kneading time to 10 - 12 minutes and does not allow excessive increase in dough temperature. The capacities of the machine are expressed in terms of bread dough in the specification sheet. The Indian bread dough is tighter than the normal bread dough. The same spiral mixer will probably knead only half the quantity of Indian bread dough as compared to the normal bread dough. You can similarly you can knead dough for khari.
