FEATURES:
CONSTRUCTION
The oven has a robust construction, double walled with mild
steel inside and outside. The front is in stainless steel.
The mild steel external portions of the oven are painted
/ powder coated. Optional
full stainless steel construction
DOOR
Single, double walled full stainless steel door with a viewing
window. The door is spring loaded and provided with a handle.
A special fibre glass gasket is provided
INSULATION
Glass wool in all sides, top and bottom
HEATING
Superior heating system. Specially designed low pressure
burners at the top and bottom provide even heat. Firing
of the burners is done by an auto sparking device. Provision
for adjusting top and bottom flame is provided. Top or bottom
burner can be shut off if desired. All necessary pressure
reducing valves and fittings are provided
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Single thermostat controls the temperature in the oven
PERFORMANCE
The oven can maintain temperatures up to 300 C
BAKING CYCLE TIMER
A timer along with a hooter can be provided
GAS CONSUMPTION
The LPG consumption is approximately 0.8 kg per deck per
hour
