FEATURES:
CONSTRUCTION
The oven has a robust construction, double walled with mild
steel inside and outside. The front is in stainless steel.
The mild steel external portions of the oven are painted
/ powder coated. Optional full stainless steel construction
DOOR
Single, double walled full stainless steel door with a viewing
window. The door is spring loaded and provided with a handle.
A special fibre glass gasket is provided
INSULATION
Glass wool in all sides, top and bottom
HEATING
Superior heating system. The heat is well distributed throughout
the Oven. Specially designed heaters are fixed inside the
Oven on both the top and bottom. The heaters are easily
replaceable
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Top and bottom heat can be controlled independently by thermostats
LOADING DECKS
Each deck can be rolled out to load and unload the product
to be baked, thus minimizing loading and unloading time
PERFORMANCE
The oven can maintain temperatures up to 300 C
BAKING CYCLE TIMER
A timer along with a hooter can be provided
