The oven has a robust mild steel construction. The front
is in stainless steel
DOOR
Single, full stainless steel door with a viewing window.
Interior lights provided
INSULATION
Glass wool in all sides, top and bottom. The front
is not insulated
HEATING
Superior heating. A high efficiency diesel oil fired
system. Imported burner provides heat which is circulated
by a blower fan in the top and bottom hollow pads of the
three decks
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
A digital indicating controller maintains temperature
in the Oven. A safety thermostat is provided
PERFORMANCE
The oven can maintain temperatures upto 300 C
STEAMING
Steaming during the baking process is provided by water
flowing through a tube in tube fixed inside the upper section
of the baking deck.
FUEL CONSUMPTION
Will depend upon the product being baked
FINISH
The mild steel external portions of the oven are powder
coated
